Zambezi Partners Properties & Logistics Ltd ("the Company") is a duly incorporated Nigerian entity licensed to provide real estate facilitation, property marketing, and transaction management services. All activities are conducted in full compliance with Nigerian law, including CAC registration, AML/CFT regulations, and data protection requirements.

The Company operates within its registered CAC objects and acts as agent and trustee in property transactions. All agreements, authorizations, and consents provided electronically are legally binding and enforceable under Nigerian law.

AML & KYC Compliance

To ensure safe and lawful transactions, the Company:

• Conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for sellers and buyers
• Requires government-issued identification, property ownership verification, and payment-source validation
• Monitors transactions for unusual patterns and reports suspicious activity in line with EFCC and NFIU regulations

Payment Gateway & Escrow Security

All payments are processed via secure, regulated payment gateways. Funds are temporarily held in escrow, with service charges automatically deducted (5% for property sales, 10% of annual rent for lettings), and balances released only upon successful completion.

Direct payments outside the platform are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of contract.

Data Protection

We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA):

• User data is collected only for KYC, AML, and transaction purposes
• All personal information is stored securely and accessible only to authorized personnel
• Data may only be shared with regulators, courts, or as required by law

Electronic Consent & Non-Circumvention

Tick-box authorizations on the platform constitute valid electronic consent. Attempts to bypass the Company or make unauthorized direct payments are legally enforceable breaches.

All additional charges shall be transparently communicated and accepted prior to application.
