Agency Fee Structure

1. For Property Sales: 5% Agency Fee (industry standard 5–10%)

Paid only upon successful sale.

2. For Rentals / Lease Agreements: 10% of Annual Rent as agency fee

(applies only if tenant is secured through Zambezi Partners)

Important Notes:

  • No agency fee is charged until a successful transaction occurs.
  • All optional add-ons are paid before service delivery.
  • All fees are transparent and without hidden charges.
  • Zambezi Partners does not collect money from buyers/tenants on your behalf unless authorized in writing.

Terms of Service

1. Accuracy of Information

You confirm that all information and documents submitted are true, complete, and legally obtained.

2. Authorization to Verify

You authorize Zambezi Partners to verify your identity, property documents, ownership status, and conduct due diligence.

3. Publication Rights

You grant Zambezi Partners the right to display your property on our website and use photos/videos for marketing.

4. Listing Approval

Zambezi Partners reserves the right to approve, decline, or remove listings and request additional documentation.

5. Owner Responsibility

You are responsible for accuracy of property information and disclosing all disputes or encumbrances.

6. Agency Fee Obligation

You acknowledge and agree to the agency fees stated above.

7. Liability Limitation

Zambezi Partners is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information you provide.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

All your information is handled securely under NDPR.
